For this year’s UpCup (April 25), Upland Brewing will be providing each participating member of Hop Jockeys with 5 gallons of Belgian Wit wort. The homebrewer will then do whatever he/she wants with it—pitch a favorite yeast, triple dry hop it, throw some bourbon-soaked oak in there, etc. —then package it and take it to UpCup to serve to attendees.
Wort distribution will be at the Profile brewery (4060 Profile Pkwy.) on Tuesday, March 24, with exact times yet to be determined. You must be a dues-paying member to participate, and we will be providing a list to Upland. So if you want to join in on the fun and haven’t paid your dues, contact our treasurer ASAP!
